II. JOB SUMMARY
- Be responsible for the maintenance of business application systems of the company under the direction of Business Application Support Team Leader.
- Be responsible for the analysis, design, development, implement, and maintain in-house systems based on particular requirement of user and under direction of application team leader.
Participate in projects to build up new business application systems for company as assignment of Application Unit Supervisor or IT Manager.
III. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Maintenance of existing systems to ensure the systems runs smoothly.
2. Support users to improve their business operations with IT systems.
3. Diagnose, analyze, judge, and collaborate with end users or vendors to clarify new requirements of users related to IT systems.
4. Executes test plans and test cases to ensure satisfy all business requirements of company
5. Analysis, judge & update issue list and record helpdesk logs timely.
6. Analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, training and maintenance of in-house systems based on particular requirements of user and under direction of application team leader.
7. Participate in project team as assignment of Application Unit Supervisor or IT section manager.
