    Officience​ (www.officience.com) đang cần tuyển một bạn khá tiếng Anh và/ hoặc có kiến thức về IT để support về technical cho khách hàng người nước ngoài.

    Lương cao (400-500$) + monthly bonus + trợ cấp ăn trưa tại công ty

    GENERAL INFORMATION

    • Level: Entry (at least 6 months of experience)
    • Type of the position: Full-time permanent
    • Working time: 8 hours/ day, 5 days/ week
    Week-days: 6am - 2pm; 10am - 6pm (flexible)
    Week-ends: 6am - 2pm; 2pm - 10pm; 10pm - 6am (flexible)

    MAIN DUTIES

    • Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services;
    • Handle customer complaints, investigate and use appropriate complaint resolution.
    • Work with other members of the team to meet individual and collective goals for high productivity, high customer satisfaction rate, low total ticket resolution time, and appropriate first response time.

    What You Are Good At

    • College/University graduated, majoring in IT, foreign language (English)
    • At least 1 year working experience in Customer Service field ( IT support, helpdesk support experience) would be an advantage
    • Excellent command in English
    • Comfortable in dealing with customers
    • Able to adapt, to do multiple tasks in a challenging international working environment
    • Good attitude and willingness to learn
    • Able to work on weekends
