Reporting to Product Manager you will be responsible for:
• Provide on-going product support across all channels to meet customers’ needs
• Cooperate with other internal departments (marketing, logistic, customer service, content and data.....) to build strong revenue-driven campaigns
• Improve the customer shopping experience by providing any technical development
In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have:
• Keep commitment, be active, be creative and be responsible
• Proficiency with Microsoft office, Dreamweaver, Adobe Photoshop…
• Proactive and critical thinking
• Basic in English
• Basic understanding PHP, HTML, CSS, Javascript, Photoshop.
