• Participate in business process analysis activities and developing Business Blueprint in Salesforce CRM implementation projects.
• Analyze customer business requirements, needs and objectives and map them to Salesforce CRM solutions and processes to be implemented.
• Perform; test and document business processes configurations.
• Develop functional specifications and assist technical team in developing programs to meet functional requirements.

• Perform, support implementation activities throughout project lifecycle. Analyze and resolve functional problems in system operation.

Job descriptions

• Provide technical support, system installation (Linux, Windows…), problem shooting to user related with software (depend on the project) and other standard IT System including Database, Web Services etc.
• Develop and maintain technical support document.
• Provide client technical support to the customer via E-Mail, phone and customer onsite.
• Identify and correct or advise, on operational issues in client computer systems.
• Communicate with partner technical support in order to find suitable resolutions for solving customer issues.
• Keep updating and learning new technology.
• Assist internal staff for IT issues.
• Assist on company activities assigned by supervisor including technical document translation, updating technical information in company website and so on.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or relevant.
• Experienced in supporting IT system.

• Good command in oral and written English.

Position:Data Engineer

• Background: IT.

• Knowledge about programming languages such as Java, SQL, Linux scripts, Python is a plus.

• Knowledge about Big Data Solutions, Data Analytics or BI solutions such as Power BI, IBM Cognos, OBIEE, Qlik, Tableau, etc. is a plus.

Job Description:

• Coordinate with Sales Team to analyze customers’ business and technical requirements, work with partners and vendors, and advise customers on suitable products and solutions related to Data, Database such as:
• Database, Data Intergration: Oracle, SQL
• Data warehouse solutions
• ETL tools (Extract, Transform, Load) + Data model
• Hadoop, Spark, NoSQL platforms
• Design, implementation (installation, configuration, administration, troubleshoot) of Database products.
• Prepare necessary documents for the project.
• Attend training classes proposed by company.
• Transfer knowledge to other members within/cross department.
