- Work and communicate with Development and Product team to understand and analysis requirements
- Review requirements of each assigned project for thorough understanding of project expectation
- Design test plans, test cases/test procedures/test script/test data.
- Execute test base on test strategy/test plan/test case
- Identify and investigate potential defects and discussed them with developers
- Log defects during the test execution phase
- Setup test environment, execution and report to team
- Work and communicate with Development team to fix bugs and ensure all task meet deadlines
- Understand and experience with test phases in a software development project
- Fast learning and good working manner
- Ability to work well in teamwork environment as well as work independently. Be mentally responsible for the work assigned
- Basic understanding of database concepts and SQL queries
- Experience with mobile app (Android, IOS) testing is preferred
- Ability to speak and write the test cases in English is a bonus point
- Hands-on experience in performing manual test (black-box testing, integration testing, and data verification, UI testing)
- Familiar with bug tracking tools (Jira, Redmine, Trac…) and version management tools such as Git, SVN, CVS…
- Ability to take risks, find solutions and logically solve problems
