1. Job Description

● Participate in software testing process (for mobile apps and web systems) to ensure high-quality of software products & projects. ○ Perform testing activities (plan, estimate, create, implement, execute, monitor & control tests).
○ Report and manage defects.
○ Collaborate with developers, product owner and end users.
○ Provide quality reports for project team and managers.
○ Implement automation test, performance test or security test (depend on projects).
● Ensure quality based on Novobi’s CMMI Level-3 process, Agile and industry’s best practices.
● Contribute in planning, estimating, and retrospection across development sprints.


2. Job Requirements
● Education: Major in IT. No experience required.
● Job skills:
○ Can read/write in English.
○ Basic knowledge of testing methodologies, the test life cycle and quality management.
○ Experience in programming is prefered.
● Personality
○ Positive attitude
○ Willing to learn and collaborate with other team members
○ Pay attention to details

● Salary from $450 USD/month + annual attractive bonus + health & life insurance.
