## The Job
We are looking for experienced Rails developers, who will help us to build many big & exciting projects for Japanese market.
This position will play the primary role to deliver high-quality projects to our partners and to boost our development team to a higher level.
You will join in projects which using Ruby on Rails as the core programming language
Btw, we use Golang, Typescript, implement Microservices and Serverless design pattern. So you’ll learn new programming languages & architectures in our company.
You will be responsible for
- Develop & maintain web/backend applications.
- Working with the product owner and project manager.
- Contribute idea and play a role in the growth of the company.
- Enjoy great career growth opportunities.
## Your Skills and Experience
- Fresher, Junior, Senior Rails developer and Leader as plus.
- Basic knowledge of API, Web, HTML5 technologies.
- Experience developing highly interactive applications
- A firm grasp of object-oriented analysis and design.
- Passion for writing great, simple, clean, efficient code.
- Basic Knowledge of databases (Mysql, Postgres)
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or in related field
## Big Plus +++++ Doesn't require
- Knowledge of DevOps or/and AWS Services is a plus
- Basic knowledge of NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB)
- Confidence to verbally discuss technology with customers is a plus
- Leader skills
- English or Japanese Skill
