Position Summary

A Frontend Developer will write frontend code for client-side as well as server-side web applications. As a Frontend Developer, you should have the ability to translate the requirements of Business team into appealing and functioning interactive applications. Additionally, you should be good at creating an attractive and functional digital environment for the company’s products by ensuring an exceptional user experience.


Job Description

• Build frontend for product in modern JavaScript frameworks;
• Design detailed technical plans for projects based on requirements from business teams;
• Integrate with backend services, give constructive feedbacks on UI/UX/API design to create a high-quality web app for end-users;
• Write clean and maintainable codes, with frequent code-reviews performed to a best practice standard;
• Good attitude, problem-solving and communication skills, not afraid of new challenges.

• At least 1 years working in the position of Frontend Developer.

Knowledge, abilities and skill

• Required Skill: ReactJS
• Having an eagerness to learn new things;
• Good understanding of web/app development process (planning, development, implementation).
• Have basic knowledge on Backend, database and system.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with pressure.
• Having a Portfolio and many side projects are advantages

Position Summary

The Business Analyst is an intermediary between business and designer, developer. They translate the business needs into a set of prioritized technical requirements and give them for designer, developer. The Business Analyst also provide solutions based on the requirements meets customer needs and achieves the intended business objectives. They are also involved in various types of solution approaches (custom development, page implementation, etc.) and solution domains (business applications, data warehouses, web services, infrastructure, etc.).

We are looking for a candidate who can aim for Product Manager position in the near future.


Job Description

• Lead the requirements analysis with digital media team and product owner(s) to translate the business needs into a set of prioritized technical requirements;
• Lead requirements validation activities with the developers to confirm to the project that a solution based on the requirements meets customer needs and achieves the intended business objectives;
• Investigate, record, analyze, and confirm system requirements and business processes;
• Negotiate acceptance criteria with the digital media team and product owner(s);
• Produce high quality and concise requirements and design documents which accurately reflect the business requirements and can be clearly understood by internal or external Solution Developers;
• Take the lead in producing User Requirement Specifications, Software/System.
• Requirement Specifications (URS/ SRS) and Feature Lists documentation.

Job Requirement

Experience

• Minimum 1 year’ experience as Business Analyst;
• Or having background in digital marketing/product executive;
• Experience in UML design, data modeling, and user stories.

Knowledge, abilities and skill

• Have a deep passion for technology and aim to become a product manager;
• Proven ability in typical business analyst skills such as requirements engineering, business process analysis, and modeling techniques;
• Effective verbal and spoken communication skills.
