We are constantly expanding our office in Ho Chi Minh city and are looking for positions as follow:

1. Associate Software Implementation Engineer:
Responsibilities:

• Responsible for preparing and customizing the Way4 application following project-specific requirements. This may include gathering client requirements, writing custom and standard program requests, setting up the Way4 system and business parameters, and testing.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of the product, integration, applications, and services of the company and its competitors.
• Perform installation and configuration of OpenWay software at client sites; provided on-site training to clients; perform troubleshooting and bug fixing.
• Be part of the project team responsible for all project management and software matters pertaining to the project.
• Be resourceful and able to apply alternatives in addressing project and support issues.

Requirements:

• Degree in IT/ Software Engineering/ Computer Science and/or relevant professional major(s);
• Very good understanding of Java, Oracle Database, Oracle PL/SQL, UNIX;
• Knowledge in Database Modeling;
• Good understanding of UNIX; ability to manage LINUX virtual machines is a plus;
• Experience with process analysis, design, and implementation; business and technical requirements; problem-solving; and system(s) testing, including UAT and bug fixes;
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
• Good in English, presentation and communication skills (oral and written);
• Be a highly driven, autonomous, resilient, and team player with a strong work ethic.

2. Associate Software Solution Engineer:
Responsibilities:

• Confidently present industry and domain focused expertise and convey understanding and professionalism to prospective customers;
• Analyze current version Way4 used and develop progress to improve;
• Work alongside project management teams to successfully monitor progress, such as RFI's, RFPs, conduct product demonstration, hands-on workshop and implementation of initiatives;
• Promote solutions, create and deliver initial high-level technical presentations to our customers;
• Able to talk with different audiences, appropriately adjust technical content to meet different knowledge and interest, and can juggle meetings with multiple audience levels.

Requirements:

• Degree in IT/ Software Engineering/ Computer Science and/or relevant professional major(s);
• Payment industry background is a plus;
• Good understanding of Java, Oracle Database, PL/SQL, and Oracle BDA activities is a plus;
• Good understanding of UNIX; ability to manage LINUX virtual machine is a plus;
• Strong problem-solving and analytic skill;
• Good in English, presentation, and communication skill (both oral and written);
• Be a highly driven, autonomous, resilient, and team player with a strong work ethic.

• Working location: Vincom Dong Khoi, District 1, Ho Chi Minh city
• Working hour: from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Mon-Fri)
