Job Description
1. L1 Applications Support
o Providing first level support to the RBVH users with respect to issues faced in Bosch specific IT applications mentioned in the list below
o Monitor and assign issue tickets to the Technical/Customer solution groups with the standard categorization defined IT Help Desk tool.
o Monitoring IT Help Desk: Tickets to be monitored and tracked within the SLA mentioned in SLA/KPI part
o Build Known Error Database (KEDB) and enable self-service support using frequently asked questions
o Provide access to IT applications (in employee services page) for end users
2. L2 Infrastructure Operation
o Monitoring Service:
- Network and server’s availability (uptime), backup jobs
- Server performance: CPU, Memory, Hard disk
o Inventory and CMBD Support along with ITL team
o Network security management
o Maintaining server licenses
o Server software management
o Incident support to related issues within GCN
o Support for change request : Installation, Configuration, Upgrade, Migration
o Monthly reporting to ICO on software license list, GCN users list, Inventory list (servers, network/firewall devices, machines )
o Update and maintain the operational documents
3. Non-SCCM Machines Support
o Support to user departments for service installation: Software, OS
o Provide the incident support to user department for machines issue
o In coordination with CI and vendor in repairing the hardware issue
o Handling the maintenance and patching activities

Qualifications
- IT background is recommended, Junior is acceptable, 1-3 yrs of experience (IT helpdesk, IT application support)
- Experience in handling incident request, support customer via ticket tool channel, SLA, KPI
- Experience in IT operational support, server maintenance, OS, License…
- ITIL knowledge is a plus
- Good in English speaking (6/10), writing & reading (7/10)
- Active in listening & making questions during interview
- Able to work independently/teamwork under high pressure
