Description
For our Software Development Teams, we are looking for a
Team Lead
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- The planning, execution, and closure of assigned projects
- Managing scope, cost, time, and quality
- Continuously identifying, assessing, managing, and communicating project success and risk
- Coordination of all involved team member activities
- Up to date project documentation
- Securing acceptance and approval of deliverables
- Mentoring and motivating the project team
- Provision of all required project specific plans
- Solving of project challenges
REQUIREMENTS
To become part of the ROSEN family, you convince through analytical thinking and a structured and results-oriented working method. Moreover, you should bring with you:
- 3-year ++ experience in software industry (especially web application), including analyzing requirements, writing code, implementing tests, and developing the working practices of the team
- At least 2 years of experience in project management with strong foundation of and enthusiasm in Agile/SCRUM
- Good command of English (written and verbal, equivalent to IELTS 7.0)
- Disciplined & commitment oriented
- Software Project Management Certification
- Experience working with GIT
- Experience working with TFS/Azure Devops or JIRA
- Experience working in an Agile team environment.
- We expect you to work independently and have high degrees of willingness to learn.
