Home Credit is looking for Racers to challenge in these opportunities:

Software Developer (Java)
  • Participate in full-cycle software and architectural development activities with senior experts
  • Professionally conduct real-life software analysis, programming, testing and debugging
  • Identify practical production and non-production application issues to innovate application for millions of users’ experience
Software Test Engineer
  • Perform as a key indicator to define and execute test cases based on global-scale project specifications (functional, application, and regression).
  • Troubleshoot and assess test issues to determine failure points to greatly enhance system’s quality
  • Identify potential risks to mitigate risks to ensure project timeline & delivery with strong support & empower from senior business leaders.
Business Analyst (Software Analyst)
  • Play a vital role in agile team to work directly with key business owners to sufficiently collect business requirements, analyze, prioritize then propose proper system solutions to business users.
  • Together contribute with both Global and Local IT Team during the project implementation and UAT to ensure system delivery meets business requirements.
  • Oversee & monitor production issues and drive enhancements to bring impactful digital financing solutions applications to millions of users
IT Contact Center Engineer
  • Directly involve in both local & global technology projects to explore & drive technical readiness for adoption of new Call Center technologies to enhance system quality for 1000+ Call Center Operators.
  • Hands-on develop and establish technical and operating standards of Call Center System by implementing and reviewing operating structure of Call Center.
  • Perform periodic inspections of the Telecommunications & Call Center facilities and equipment to determine compliance with established standards, specifications, instructions, and regulations.
  • Conduct field and special tests to determine efficiency, adequacy, durability and desirability of equipment in relation to service demands.
  • Drive customer-obsession value by truly understanding end-user needs then providing dedicated technical support to resolve their obstacles
