Our company is looking for a UI/UX Designer (Mobile) to join us in designing intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for our mobile applications.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for our mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for iOS and Android applications.
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
• Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet business goals and user needs.
• Continuously iterate on designs based on feedback and user testing.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design for mobile applications.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in UI/UX design for mobile applications.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design work for iOS and Android applications.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and InVision.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing for mobile applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale.
• Knowledge of iOS and Android design guidelines and best practices.

• Design and develop advanced applications for the Android platform.

• At least 1 year of experience with making pure android apps on ROM and phone hardware.
• Proficiency in Javascript.

• Experience in backend computing.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement QA/QC processes and standards for software development.
• Create and execute test plans and test cases to ensure software products meet quality standards.
• Lead and mentor a team of QA/QC analysts.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the development process.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Continuously improve QA/QC processes and practices based on industry best practices and lessons learned.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in software quality assurance and control.
• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, QA/QC best practices, and industry standards.
• Experience leading a team of QA/QC analysts.
• Experience creating and executing test plans and test cases for software products.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of automated testing tools such as Selenium, Appium, and JMeter.
• Knowledge of software development tools such as JIRA and Git.
