ATHENA TECH FRESHER PROGRAM: FRESHER SOFTWARE ENGINEER
We are looking for fresher software engineers to join our team for a 3-month training program.
This program is designed to give young talents in the IT industry the opportunity to learn and grow in the field of distributed systems. You will work with a team of experienced engineers who are passionate about building and scaling backend systems. You will also learn how to continuously improve our engineering practices.
I - EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS / SKILLS / ATTRIBUTES
- Fresh graduate or final-year students in related fields: information technology, computer science, etc.
- You have dabbled in backend systems via coursework, and/or projects
- You care about quality and you know what it means to ship high-quality code
- Adaptability, flexibility with working environment
- Honest, proactive
- Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Diligent, fast learner, and good team player
- Good knowledge of programming languages such as Python or JavaScript.
- Knowledge of version control systems: Git, SVN,...
