Job Description: These primary responsibilities will revolve around monitoring our production database, promptly resolving any arising issues, offering technical support to clients, ensuring the upkeep of our systems, and spearheading the development of innovative tools to bolster our production support capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MS SQL, ASP.NET, HTML, and JavaScript, along with a passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor Production Database:
- Monitor the performance and health of the production database (MS SQL) to ensure optimal functionality.
- Identify and troubleshoot database issues promptly, minimizing downtime and disruptions to operations.
- Implement proactive measures to prevent database issues and optimize performance.
- Provide technical support to clients on production systems, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring client satisfaction and system stability.
- Maintain and enhance various applications, including ASP.NET, HTML, JavaScript, and ReactJS, to ensure their reliability and performance.
- Provide bug fixes and patches as needed to address issues identified in production environments.
- Conduct regular system audits and updates to maintain security and compliance standards.
- Design and develop new tools and utilities to streamline production support processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Ability to communicate in English verbally.
- Strong proficiency in ASP.NET, HTML, JavaScript, and ReactJS for application development and maintenance.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- System thinking and ability to do research about complex problems.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools for automation and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
- Knowledge of performance-tuning techniques for databases and web applications.
- Experience providing technical support to clients in a production environment.
