🔧 Job Description:
- Monitor Production Database: Ensure optimal performance and health of MS SQL database, promptly resolving issues to minimize downtime.
- Technical Support: Provide timely assistance to clients, collaborating internally to resolve complex technical issues.
- System Maintenance: Maintain ASP.NET, HTML, JavaScript applications, implementing fixes and updates for reliability.
- Tool Development: Innovate and develop tools to enhance production support processes and efficiency.
🎯 Skills and Qualifications:
- Ability to communicate in English verbally
- Proficiency in ASP.NET, HTML, JavaScript, and ReactJS for application development and maintenance.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
🌟 Big Plus If You Have:
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
