We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to design and develop scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have expertise in system design, proficiency in programming languages like C#, JavaScript, or Python, and experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure). You will lead technical discussions, mentor team members, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a passion for innovation are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Software Development
Design and develop scalable, web-based software applications that meet project requirements
Write clean, efficient code and conduct thorough debugging and troubleshooting
Implement best practices in software architecture and design patterns
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with Business Analysts and clients to capture and refine business requirements
Collaborate with Quality Assurance teams to ensure high-quality product delivery
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
Technical Leadership
Ensure the quality of code produced by your team through mentorship and code reviews
Serve as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries
Provide technical training and guidance to team members
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies

Technical Skills

Experience with containerized applications development
