For first year students, even though you are NOT eligible for this 2025 call, you are welcome to try out the form, without submitting, so you have an idea of what to do for next year 2026 call (Again, please do NOT submit if you are a freshman).

All the conditions and instructions of SEED and Student Exchanges are provided by the Canadian government and University of Regina. If any UIT student has any comments or concerns to change these conditions or requirements, you are encouraged to contact the Canadian Embassy and University of Regina directly.

UIT has no authority to change whatsoever on the listed requirements. Therefore, UIT can NOT and will NOT answer any other similar questions about changing the requirements.

Students must submit additional documents to demonstrate their abilities to assist UIT, Regina, and the Canadian government in the selection process, including but not limited to UIT's transcript of the applicant (original copy signed and stamped by UIT), and other awards/certificates if available.

The Office of External Relations will be accepting applications for the SEED Scholarship Program 2025 from February 21 to February 27, 2025, mornings, 8:00 AM to 11:15 AM; afternoons, 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM.

Make sure to prepare your application package carefully and submit it on time!
