Decathlon initiated a deep tech transformation to support business growth on both physical and digital channels. To support this growth, Decathlon Vietnam is looking for a PART-TIME DATA ANALYST to join our growing data team and accompany the Vietnam retail teams. This position is key to supporting the team in building data-driven insights, optimizing business operations, and ensuring effective decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
★ As a Data build & run teammate:
○ You process, clean, and verify the integrity of data used for analysis.
○ You design automated & effective data tools and dashboards.
○ You maintain your skills up to the standards of the Decathlon data community.
★ As a Data partner for retail teams:
○ You assist different Business Units with data queries.
○ You work in multiple projects to provide actionable insights to different stakeholders to support business decisions.
○ You ensure we always measure the business impact of business activities & recommendations.
Requirements
3rd/4th-year students, can work on-site.
Hard Skills Requirements:
★ Proficiency in SQL and Python.
★ Experience with at least 1 BI and data-viz tool (Tableau, Quicksight, PowerBI).
★ Ability to communicate in English.
Soft Skills Requirements:
★ Critical thinking, capacity to step back to formalize a problem.
★ Business lover, your success is measured through your business impact.
★ Sport enthusiast and actively practicing a sport!
