CMC Global is looking for Fresher Java Developers to join our Banking domain project – one of our key long-term client engagements.
You’ll be part of a professional development team, working with modern Java technologies and mentored by experienced engineers to deliver high-quality, real-world software solutions.
Location: Ho Chi Minh City
Your responsibilities include:
- Participate in the development and maintenance of backend systems for banking applications using Java.
- Support the design and implementation of RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Collaborate with other teams to integrate systems, APIs, and databases.
- Assist in testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Contribute to technical documentation and follow best practices in clean code and agile teamwork.
REQUIREMENTS
Must-have:
- Fresh graduate in IT-related majors.
- Strong logical thinking and understanding of data structures, and algorithms.
- Basic knowledge of Java Core and SQL.
- Eager to learn, proactive and good teamwork spirit.
- Basic English for reading technical documents.
Nice-to-have:
- Familiarity with Spring Boot and Hibernate/JPA.
- Experience with Git, Docker, or CI/CD tools.
- Exposure to Banking/Fintech projects or personal Java demos.
