Job Description – Consultant Intern
HQSOFT is looking for a Consultant Intern to join our consulting and implementation team.
In this role, you will act as a bridge between business users and the technical team, participating in both business analysis and solution implementation to ensure that our systems effectively meet clients’ business needs.
This position is ideal for candidates who are interested in developing a career in Business Analysis, IT Consulting, or Enterprise Solution Implementation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Analysis
Assist in gathering and analyzing business requirements from clients .
Support the creation of analysis documentation such as:
BRD / URD
Use cases
User stories
Business process flows
Analyze business processes and propose system-based solutions.
Help translate business requirements into functional specifications for the development team.
2. Solution Implementation
Learn and understand HQSOFT’s products such as DMS and retail systems.
Support system configuration and initial data setup for clients.
Assist in preparing training materials and guiding users on how to use the system.
Support clients during the software implementation process .
3. Project Support
Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with QA teams and clients.
Track project tasks and report progress to the team leader.
Provide post-implementation support and assist in resolving client issues.
Collaborate with internal teams including Development, QA, and Project Management.
Requirements
Final-year student or recent graduate majoring in Information Systems, IT, Business Administration, or related fields.
Good command of English (listening, speaking, reading, writing) — ability to write documentation in English is a plus.
Willingness to learn about DMS or other enterprise systems.
Strong logical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of SQL or data querying tools is an advantage.
Teamwork and effective communication skills.
