Building web applications to support customer service.
Introduction to the topic:
Communicating with the Way4 system by API, a web application that helps users query customer information, transaction information as well as data related to customer’s payment contract, for the purpose of customer support and take care of goods quickly and more conveniently.
The application supports extended features:
- Allows interaction and adjustment of contract information.
- Can choose language to better support customers.
- Flexible decentralization mechanism.
Main Content:
- Get an overview of the Way4 payment solution
- Find out customer management information and card/e-wallet issuance contract
- Build web applications with basic features:
- Query customer information
- Query contract information
- Query transaction history
- Build extended features:
- Flexible functional delegation
- Support Vietnamese/English language
- Adjust customer information
- Lock/unlock contract
- Other functions…
REQUIREMENTS
- Students from the 3rd-4th year of the Faculty of Information Technology, Mathematics, Computer, Science and Technology…
- Communicative English (450 Toeic or above) is an advantage.
- Knowledge and skills in object-oriented programming (C# or Java).
- Have personal laptop.
- Knowledge of relational databases. Knowledge of SQL or Oracle is an advantage
➢ Deployment Technology - Proficient in html, xml, c# or java.
- Knowledge of Sql, mySql.
- Knowledge of PL/SQL and Oracle DB.
- Understanding of UI/UX design.
➢ In addition: - AWS knowledge is an advantage
- Understanding Docker
