What you’ll build
- Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and UI concepts for enterprise SAP products with guidance from senior designers.
- Apply design system standards, accessibility, and usability best practices to create consistent user experiences.
- Support usability testing and user research, including preparation, note-taking, observation, and documentation.
- Help identify user pain points, refine solutions, and inform product decisions through research insights.
- Contribute to AI-assisted experiences, learning how trust, clarity, and usability drive effective AI interactions.
What you bring
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or a related field.
- Foundational UX design skills with exposure to enterprise, SaaS, or web application design.
- Strong understanding of interaction design, information architecture, usability, accessibility, and inclusive design.
- Proficient in creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and design artifacts using Figma or similar tools; familiar with usability testing and user research methods.
- Collaborative, curious, and learning-oriented, with interest in enterprise software; exposure to AI-powered experiences and Responsible AI is a plus.
