Location: Hybrid (Half day on-site) – Ho Chi Minh City Office (District 1)
Timezone Flexibility: Occasionally working during US business hours to collaborate with global teams.

We are building an AI platform that turns conversations into bookings—voice, chat, SMS. You’ll work on real-time, AI-assisted agents that qualify leads, book jobs, and sync seamlessly with CRMs.
What You’ll Bring to the Table
- 4+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
- Strong proficiency in C# and JavaScript, with hands-on experience in .NET, Entity Framework, MS SQL, and ReactJS; familiarity with Python is a plus.
- Familiar with Agile workflows and software design best practices.
- Proficient with Git for managing complex codebases.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud; familiarity with containerized environments is a plus.
- Bonus: Experience with vector/graph databases, RAG architecture, and working with LLMs.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both spoken and written English is essential. Certification such as IELTS is optional.
- Problem-Solving Mindset – Analytical thinking and a love for complex technical challenges.
- Leadership & Mentorship – Proven ability to guide, support, and inspire fellow engineer.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Design and build scalable, high-performance web applications with modern architecture principles.
- Leverage cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) to enhance performance and scalability.
- Utilize AI tools and technologies such as generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and vector/graph databases to accelerate development and improve outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with QA to ensure high-quality product delivery.
