We are currently actively looking for:
Send your resume to job@trobz.com.
Trobz is a foreign invested startup, focused on delivering open-source solutions for the enterprise. We provide tailor-made business solutions based on a set of enterprise-grade open source products. We are also developing a set of products focused on the Vietnamese market.
Enterprise management applications have been traditionally associated with outdated legacy technologies and rigid and heavy methodologies. We believe that this way to work belongs to the past, and that today, business applications can be build and delivered using the same modern technologies and agile methodologies used in web development projects. This approach brings value both to our customers (reactivity, flexibility, efficiency) and to the members of our team (modern technologies, agile methodologies, flat organization).
A big part of our activity is based on the open source business application framework OpenERP. OpenERP is a comprehensive suite of business applications who is today challenging proprietary solutions on the SMB market (read more here).
Other technologies and tools we use and like are: Python, Django, Magento, Bazaar/Launchpad, Trac/Agilo, Eclipse/pydev, Confluence, Linux/Ubuntu.
Our methodology is agile and based on Scrum, with cross-projects iterations and using Trac+Agilo as our issue tracker. We have a set of custom tools that allow us to deliver frequently, straight to our customers servers. We also apply continuous integration and automatic testing.
Software development on OpenERP implementation projects.
Opportunity to quickly move up based on performance (technical lead, business analyst, functional and technical consultant).
