Tabsquare (http://www.tabsquare.com/) is a Singaporean based company which is one of the leading mobile solution providers for hospitality industry in Singapore. Right now, it is urgently looking for an IT Technical Manager to join its management team to expand its business. That member will need to be re-located to Singapore for the work if he/she is suitable for the position.
Primary tasks for this member include:
• Collect business requirements from the restaurants/outlets owners/staffs
• Formalize those business requirements into technical requirements for the software engineer team to implement the solutions
• Manage the support and deployment team (3 members) in Singapore to deploy, support and troubleshoot issues at the restaurants/outlets
• Training, coaching the support and deployment team in Singapore for them to work effectively
• Create the architecture and high level design for the application
• Coordinate the 7-member development team (based in Vietnam) so that they can implement the application based on the defined architecture and high level design
• Define the working process for the whole support and development team so that they are working effectively
• Oversee the application deliveries, manage the risks and co-ordinate with the sales/marketing team to ensure the deliveries are on-time and with good quality
Requirements for this member:
• Good English communication (both spoken and written) is a must.
• Need to be re-located to Singapore if he/she is suitable for the position (tabsquare will take care the procedure and the cost for that)
• Strong PHP working knowledge and experience
• Good at HTML/CSS/Javascript and responsive website
• Good at mobile native programming like iOS and android is a plus
• Familiar with agile scrum working process
• Experience in leading team
• Able to drive the team move forward even under stress condition
• At least four years of experience in IT fields
• At least one year of experience in leading team.
