1. PRODUCT SPECIALIST (DESIGN) - ZALO
- Product Design
o Analyze information collected from various data sources to identify and forecast user needs based on market trends.
o Propose new features based on product position. Design solutions for those features including wireframes and mockups with navigations, UX/UI and layouts with a user-centric mindset.
o Compose requirement specifications for each feature.
o Project management: coordinate with other development teams (Android, iOS, Windows Phone…) to ensure the correctness of the features and project timeline.
o Perform user acceptance tests before releasing each build.
- Initiate product ideas based on statistical data and product roadmap then sell them: explain and convince team members, the management and development teams to agree with your proposed features.
- Product Operation:
o Monitor, analyze statistical data to understand user trends and product usage.
o Coordinate with marketing department to plan PR campaigns.
o Other assignments from the supervisor.
Things you should know:
- A mobile app geek: familiar with well-designed mobile apps, especially communication apps.
- Have a good perspective about mobile app design: able to analyze why an app is built in a certain way.
- Able to use mockup software (i.e. Balsamiq) to design UX/UI, layout and navigation flows.
- Have a superb critical reasoning skill: able to strengthen or weaken arguments based on logics.
- Communicate with impact: able to explain complex problems in one or two sentences.
- A persuasive mindset: defend, convince and not let your ideas shut down by other parties.
- An attention to details and a never-satisfying attitude: able to pick out small discrepancies in layout design and propose solutions.
- It’s a huge plus if you have some apps on the AppStore/ Market. Be sure to include them in your CV.

• Research các vấn đề liên quan đến chỉnh sửa UI thân thiện với user.
• Thực hiện các document liên quan đến business và source code.
• Thực hiện xuất report theo yêu cầu user.
Yêu cầu:
• Sinh viên năm cuối chuyên ngành Công nghệ thông tin.
• Biết và có năng khiếu lập trình, chịu khó ham học hỏi.
• Biết hoặc đã từng làm JavaScript, Python, ERP, PostgresSQL, Pentaho.
THỰC TẬP SOFTWARE ENGINEER (JAVA/C++)

• Tham gia phát triển web app hoặc server app bằng Java/ C++
Yêu cầu:
• Sinh viên năm 3, 4 hoặc năm cuối chuyên ngành computer science/computer engineering.
