1/ IT Intern
Job Description
IT Undergraduate Technical Interns will work with IT Vietnam team, in collecting user inputs, to design, develop, and/or support software applications. They will be also part of teams delivering Factory Automation services to the Intel Vietnam plant. In some cases, if their experience and skills allow, they may be part of the teams designing and building 3-tier applications, with database back-end and middle-tier systems. These IT projects are expected to last from 3 to 4 months, and will involve coaching and mentoring from senior IT/Automation Engineers. The Student Interns will be given classroom-type or web-based training on semiconductor assembly/test methodologies and Enterprise IT application development.
Requirements:
o 3rd year / last year Students in BS Computer Engineering, Information Technology or Computer Science (Will graduate in 2018 or 2019)
o Programming languages: .NET, C, ASP.NET, MVC framework, Java Design and working with SQL database
o Web programming: HTML5, Javascript, jQuery, AngularJS, CSS, BootStrap
o Scripting languages: VBS, PowerShell, Perl, Python MS Office skills, technical documentation exposure, and some level of knowledge of project management is advantageous.
o Windows Client PC: Experience in installing, configuring, upgrading, and troubleshooting client PCs, Windows Operating System, and peripherals is preferred.
2/ IT Automation Engineer – 2 positions
Job Description:
· Support client based Station Controller system maintenance, troubleshooting, upgrade, user training and at the same time drive for root cause analysis for incidents, following through with the different support groups to resolve the incidents.
· Learn up and be familiar with the overall manufacturing business process and utilize it for system enhancement and drive for wastage reduction through LEAN effort.
· Perform system validation/testing, troubleshooting, quality control and partner with Virtual Factory for knowledge and issue sharing.
You will have the opportunity to be exposed to the industry demanded equipment and automation integration skills, crisis management, IT technical skills and being involved in, or leading site wide or VF automation project. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with cross domain peers involving Module Engineer, Product Engineer, Quality/Reliability Engineer, Planning, Technician, Operator, Database Administrator, Network, Infrastructure and many other critical functional groups
Requirements:
· Possess a Bachelor's or a Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields
· Strong analytical and problem solving skills
· Good interpersonal and communication skills
· Fast learner
· Able to work under high pressure during some certain periods
· Resourceful, creative and innovative in coming out with ideas to resolve issues
· Experience in manufacturing environment, software development, project management, software quality assurance would be an added advantage
3/ IT Manufacturing Engineer – 3 positions
Job Description:
· The job scope includes, but not limited to, integrate, test, install, configure, and support Factory automation systems.
· Plus coordinates factory requirements, maps them to automation systems capabilities, and recommends technical solutions. Applies advanced troubleshooting to automation system problems.
· Drives continuous improvement efforts to meet automation systems health goals, as well as emerging capability needs.
· Position may include some software development of related enhancements, supplemental systems, and/or support and monitoring tools.
Requirements:
· Possess a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields.
· Can work for day & night shifts (4 days/week).
· Good at communication, customer service.
· Troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
· Windows PC knowledge
· Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
