JOB DESCRIPTION SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST

A Business Analyst’s main duties are as follows: Gather information, write documents, manage requests; organize meetings; research the feasibility/suitability, and being the bridge between requesters and tech team. In details:

• ● Analyze and clarify internal/ external client’s requirements;
• ● Analyze and provide models and solutions based on collected requirements;
• ● Write software business and use case specification documents; Advise on building
  
  prototype;
• ● Advice from a professional perspective based on analysis and research.
• ● Communicate the content, support project members, and manage the project to meet client’s expectation;
• ● Documentation of the system manuals.
• ● Organize instruction, support for users to use the product and troubleshoot when problems occur.
• ● Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
  
  What you should have

• ● At least 5 years of experience at relevant positions;
• ● B.A. or B.S. degree in IT, or equivalent work or educational experience;

• ● Knowledge and understanding as well as experience of software development;

JOB DESCRIPTION

SENIOR PHP DEVELOPER

• ● The Senior PHP Developer will work directly with CTO and various teams to execute projects encompassing (Web apps, Web sites, landing pages, microsites) and private (intranet and client portal) web properties.
• ● The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of PHP frameworks (Laravel, Symfony, CodeIgniter, Yii, etc)
• ● Got It is a fast-growing company, and we often act and adapt quickly to rapidly changing business needs. The ideal candidate will be able to juggle multiple projects, discuss prioritization, and relay expectations between multiple teams with varied technical skill-sets.
• ● Successful candidates should be able to solve coding challenges presented during interviews using PHP.
  
  Desired Skills & Experience

• ● Expert PHP knowledge
• ● Knowledge of Computer Science Fundamentals (beyond algorithms, arrays, loops, and recursions)
• ● Experience working with Laravel and other MVC PHP frameworks
• ● Knowledge of relational database management systems, SQL and MongoDB
• ● CSS framework experience (Bootstrap or similar)

JOB DESCRIPTION SYSTEM ENGINEER

Working location: District 1, HCMC Working time: Monday to Friday

What you need to do

• ● Be involved in building server systems on cloud platform for web and mobile products.
• ● Operate and monitor the system to ensure the continuous operation.
• ● Be involved in researching to automate the system operation daily.
• ● Be involved in researching on system optimizing solutions and operating costs.
• ● Perform periodic system checks, maintenance and back-ups.
• ● Build up the system monitoring tools.
• ● Support Developers in implementing web, mobile projects in staging & production.
• ● Build up the processes of software development.
• ● Build up the security processes for business.
• ● Develop the documents of operation, implementation & system evaluation.

What you should have

JOB DESCRIPTION SENIOR QA/QC

What you need to do

• ● Develop, manage and execute test plans that provide comprehensive test coverage at the product and system level.
• ● Using all forms of requirement documentation, create the test requirements that serve as acceptance criteria for Business, Product Management and/or Digital Channel stakeholders.
• ● Create and execute test cases, scenarios, and scripts, both manual and automated, which exercise the requirements under test.
• ● Using defect tracking software, manage defect reporting.
• ● Produce reporting of test preparation activities, test execution, adherence to test schedule as published in the test plan, defect information, and other data significant to test progress
• ● Represent the QA Team on cross-department quality initiatives and test environment planning.
• ● Serve as an escalation point for QA Software Tester for test planning and execution issues and project team issues.
• ● Lead large and complex projects.
• ● Review and audit QA software test planning and execution.
• ● Conduct training and best practice sessions with the QA Team.

• ● Maintain a general knowledge of Credit Union departments and how they interact with each other.
• ● Maintain a thorough knowledge of Got It web applications, products, services and processes.
• ● Maintain general knowledge with all federal and state regulations that affect software testing standards.
• ● Coordinate with project stakeholders to develop and maintain test schedules within established project management methodologies.
• ● Maintain the software testing leadership role within project teams.

  What you should have

• ● At least 4-5 years of experience in software testing or relevant positions in which 3 years of technical project experience, testing through a full system development life cycle
• ● Ability to create and perform both manual and automated tests as well as familiarity with both methodologies.
• ● Proficient with test management software tools.
• ● Ability to perform defect reporting and tracking and use defect software.
• ● Ability to lead all test related meetings with all levels of staff.
• ● Excellent analytical, planning and software development life cycle skills.
• ● Basic knowledge of SQL and other data retrieval methods.
• ● Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and strong Excel skills.
• ● Ability to present a professional image to management, staff and vendors.
