Job Descriptions:
  • Interpret project-related materials (Japanese ↔ Vietnamese).
  • Translate technical discussions between development team members and Japanese engineers.
  • Provide interpretation during meetings, video conferences, and discussions, primarily related to projects and software engineering.
Training content:
  • Research on the registered programming language/field.
  • Understanding project operations.
  • Read, analyze, and understand requirement documents.
  • Develop workplace psychology and soft skills.
  • Learn tools such as SourceTree, Git, etc.
  • Understand and practice source code management.

Job Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Japanese, with strong writing and communication skills (equivalent to N3 or higher).
  • Open to final-year students, fresh graduates, or interns.
  • Availability for at least 4 working days per week.
  • Proactive, responsible, eager to learn, and hardworking.
  • Flexibility to adjust work schedules and commit to overtime if required to meet project deadlines.
  • Priority given to candidates with experience working in Japan or collaborating with Japanese partners.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ability to collaborate with all departments to achieve team goals.

Conditions:

  • Good teamwork attitude, eager to learn new technologies.
  • GPA: above 7/10 is an advantage.
  • Availability: Minimum 4 days per week.
